The Serbian national water polo team (players under 18) started the World Championship in Portugal with a defeat. In the first round match of Group A, the Hungarians were better than the Dolphins, winning with a score of 17:10 (4:0, 5:4, 5:2, 3:4).
Luka Drobnjakovic, Luka Vojinovic and Milan Zelic each scored two goals for Serbia, while Nemanja Djordjevic, Pavle Papic, Nikola Pavlovic and Uroš Rahpejma also scored.
The most effective players in the Hungarian national team were captain Benedek Ram with five goals and Dejan Divjak who scored three goals.
In the first match of Group A, Montenegro defeated Croatia with a score of 16:12.
In the second round, Serbia will play against Montenegro on Sunday at 7 p.m.
