It was not as expected. After four victories of the guests in the matches played on Wednesday, it was believed that the same teams would finish the job successfully as hosts. They managed it without any problems with convincing victories of Red Star Belgrade, Valis Vega and after an exciting match of Nais. In Niš it was 12:12 in the last half but the hosts finally won. The only surprise occurred in Novi Sad where Zemun eliminated Vojvodina on five points.
The quarter-final matches will be played on April 18th and 21st. The following teams will meet: Red Star Belgrade – Partizan, Nais – Sabac, Valis – Novi Beograd and Zemun – Radnicki.
The defeated teams will play in the play-offs for ninth to 12th place on March 28 and April 4. The following teams will meet: Belgrade – Vojvodina, Stari grad – Vukovi.
