The Champions League group stages have been announced, as have the European Cup round of 16 pairs.
Novi Beograd Tehnomania will be in a group with: Brescia, Barceloneta and Olympiacos in the most elite competition. The second group includes Ferencvaros, Pro Reco, Mladost and Hannover. It is clear that our team’s group is much more difficult than the group in which Ferencvaros and Pro Reco are clear favorites, and the first round is scheduled for March 3.
Barceloneta and Olympiacos were the group champions, while Brescia, along with Pro Reco, is the best Italian team with numerous international players who won fourth place at the European Championship in Belgrade.
In the European Cup, there will be Spanish-Serbian duels in the round of 16. Radnicki will have a duel with Barcelona, while Šabac Elixir will face Sabadell. In the first match, on February 25, the Serbian teams will be guests.
Also meeting are: Primorac – Jug, Szolnok – Jadran Split, Savona – Marseille, Panathinaikos – Jadran HN and Oradea – Terrassa.
