Work resumes on January 1st in Trebinje

The Serbian national team returned from Athens on Monday and will have a break until January 1, when they will travel to Trebinje for the final part of their preparations, a very strong tournament in which Hungary, Spain, Italy, Greece and France will also participate.

Coach Uroš Stevanović is leading 18 players to Trebinje, and the list includes: Radoslav Filipović, Milan Glušac, Nikola Murišić, Nemanja Vico, Đorđe Lazić, Sava Randđelović, Nikola Jakšić, Radomir Drašović, Petar Jakšić, Luka Pljevančić, Miloš Ćuk, Strahinja Rašović, Nikola Lukić, Vasilije Martinović, Nikola Dedović, Dušan Mandić, Viktor Rašović and Luka Gladović.

The tournament in Trebinje will be played from January 3rd to 5th, and Serbia is in a group with Italy and Spain, while Hungary, Greece and France are in the other group.

Uroš Stevanović’s team will play their first match on January 3rd at 8:30 PM against Italy, and a day later at the same time, their rival will be Spain.

The semi-final and placement matches will be played on January 5th, followed by a return to Belgrade, where the European Championship will begin on January 10th.
