The national team continues its work in Kragujevac

Serbian water polo national team begins preparations for 2026

After a morning training session at Banjica, the candidates for the Serbian national team moved to Kragujevac, where they will continue their preparations for the World Cup qualifying tournament.

Russian water polo players, who returned to the international scene after a long absence, trained with the Serbian players. Russia will play in Malta in Division 2, from which two teams will earn the right to play in the final tournament of the World Cup in July in Sydney.

In addition to Dušan Mandić, who will not be at the training camp due to injury, national coach Uroš Stevanović was unable to check on young Partizan player Vuk Čonkić, who fell ill.
