The President of the Olympic Committee of Serbia, Dejan Tomašević, visited the Serbian water polo team at the “11. april” swimming pool in New Belgrade, who will compete at the upcoming Mediterranean Games in Taranto, Italy.
During the visit, Tomašević spoke with the players and members of the coaching staff, learned about their preparations and wished them good health, good luck and success in the upcoming competition, with the hope that they will return from Italy with the best possible result.
On that occasion, he emphasized that much is traditionally expected of Serbian water polo players, considering the great successes and top results they have achieved in previous years.
“The Serbian Olympic Committee is providing full support to the water polo team in the final phase of preparations for the Mediterranean Games,” said Tomašević.
