She won her first trophies (championship and cup) with the girls under 17 in the 2018\/19 season. After that, as the head coach of the senior women&#8217;s team of Vojvodina, she achieved historic success by winning six consecutive &#8220;double crowns&#8221;, including this year&#8217;s. Previously, she was on the coaching staff of the Serbian women&#8217;s junior and senior water polo teams.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sla\u0111ana Drezgi\u0107 was born on March 14, 1985. She graduated from the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education in Novi Sad. She is a graduated physical education professor and a graduated swimming coach and water polo sports operations coach by profession. I have waited and wished for a long time to be a selector, and with the results achieved in the previous period, I have deserved it. I thank the leadership of the Water Polo Federation of Serbia for recognizing this and giving me a chance, which I believe I will justify. The results achieved with VK Vojvodina in all categories are the fruit of our fifteen years of work and great dedication to women&#8217;s water polo. It is of great importance to restore the cult of the national team, change the way we work, and to animate as many clubs as possible.
